The Wall Street Journal reported the US Chamber of Commerce and the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association have filed separate lawsuits to block portions of a federal rule mandating that insurers and employers disclose prices they pay for healthcare services, the newest legal challenges to the healthcare price transparency rule.
